As some of you might already know, I used to co-host Ben’s podcast – Ben Coomber Radio. I was on it every other episode (from episode 1 until 60), helping Ben answer people’s questions about fitness and nutrition. I left the show earlier this year though, mostly because I just didn’t have time to record anymore! So I bid old Benny farewell.
Yesterday, however, I went on the podcast as a guest to talk about pregnancy in the context of diet and fitness.
